Missed call..

So, missed a call. Dang. My cell phone was in my purse and I missed that Oh, so important call from a LIVE person who wanted to schedule an interview with me... Dang! Called right back to get their message machine. Please call me back. It's funny how life is. You wait for something, like this call. And I miss it. And now I am so nervous that I will say something wrong. Or, did I leave a crazy, nervous, sounding message on her machine that might blow my opportunity. Just take a deep breath and call again?? Or take a deep breath and hope she calls me back?? I'm confounded. So, I take to writing it down. Maybe this will help my mind settle.

As for last nights dinner, salmon was yummy. I didn't measure but, this is what I used

2 wild frozen salmon (thawed)

Marinade

Balsamic vinager 

Honey

Garlic

Brown mustard with Horseradish 

Pepper 

Lemon

Let marinade in fridge for about 2 hours

Then cooked @ 375 for 30 ish minutes.

Well, I hope she calls me back.. Still debating if I should call again

Probably will.
